- business and accounting records, documents, customer or vendor details, and configuration you submit;
- billing contact, subscription, invoice, and transaction information;
- messages, feedback, and information you provide when requesting support; and

We may disclose information:
- to service providers that host infrastructure, store data, authenticate users, process payments, deliver email, monitor operations, or support the product;
- to connected applications and providers when you direct LedgerLine to exchange information with them;
- to members of your organization according to their roles and permissions;
- to comply with law or a valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and service security; and
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
LedgerLine does not sell personal information for money or use customer business records for third-party behavioral advertising.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide and secure the service, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of record and why it is held. Backups and audit, security, payment, or accounting records may remain for a period after account closure. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to these obligations and technical limits.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are also responsible for access controls, credentials, user permissions, connected applications, and secure use of exported data.
6. Choices and requests
Account owners can update certain information in LedgerLine and manage subscription payment details through the billing portal when available. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us in writing. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required for security, accounting, legal, or other legitimate purposes.
